I was listening to Wes Montgomery's excellent album "A Day in the Life" featuring an interesting cover of the Beatles song [link]
, when I came across a box of slides that I shot on 02 May 1993 that I have not filed into my collection yet.
I scanned them and thought I would share the mornings shooting with you.
419th FW F-16's, VMFAT-101 F-18's, VFC-13 A-4s, 58th FW F-16s, ACE T-38s fresh out of the paint barn for the 9th RW, 28th BW and the 96th Wing.
I still cannot believe the wide variety of aircraft that came through Luke in the 1980's and 1990's. I was a treat to be there, "Back in the day..."
