Langley F-106A

I saw a recent modeler's rendition of the Trumpeter 1/48 scale F-106A.  He had airbrushed in the panel lines (a bit subtle, but still there).  He even commented that his research had shown that F-106's were kept clean by their crews, but he still wanted to show the panel lines.  He should have checked out some of your photos before painting them in.  In all the pictures I've seen online of F-106s, I've never seen them with panel lines lined with dirt or soot!
