Description

An interesting view of C-131B 53-7821 of the 117 ARS, 190 ARG, Kansas ANG, based at Topeka MAP and seen at Tucson IAP, AZ.

It was interesting that a KC-135 tanker unit would need an airlifter, but she sure was a treat to see!
