Description

SNJ-4 N9525C Bu 27307 at Van Nuys CA.

This acft has an incorrect N-number applied, N5925C is a Beech 35A!

Unfortunantly, the green heart scanned a sort of yellow. It was green on the slide!

This was part of a team that had several T-6/ SNJ's marked as different types of WWII aircraft.

Point in passing....to correct history. When this exact "T-6" was purchased on auction from the US Government in the 1950's it was purchased by my father. Along with several other T-6's at the time. SO.. I know that the N-number is correct for this aircraft....this aircraft was then sold to one of our customers, and ended up at one time being part of the group of T-6's that did "SKY Typing" and was based at Long Beach Airport in California for several years. We had several T-6's that all had N-numbers that were in series assigned N-numbers by the FAA. They all started with "59" and all ended with "charlie" So I knew this aircraft well as a young boy. best regards
